MRS/BSBP Client Vendor Information Sheet

Job Placement Assessment/Readiness includes:
  • Employment barriers assessment/problem solving

  • Job search readiness assessment/services

  • Placement recommendations

  • Placement Rehabilitation Plan

  • Resume and Cover Letter

Job Development Services include:

  • Employer contacts via telephone and in person for job lead development

  • Attending interviews if appropriate

  • Employer follow-up services

  • Facilitating interviews where possible

Work Experience Program includes:

  • Area employers offer their facility as a training site in various jobs such as:
    food prep, stocking, bagging, etc.

  • Clients are paid minimum wage during the training

  • Clients receive training with the support of an Employment Consultant

  • With some employers, there may be a slight chance of a job offer following the training, although there is no guarantee

  • Clients successfully completing the program will receive a Certificate of Completion

Job Seeking Skills Counseling includes:

  • Mock Interviewing

  • Application completion training

  • Interview/work presentation counseling

  • Job search guidance/counseling

  • Work ethics counseling

Job Coaching Services include:

  • Employer interaction training

  • Work Site evaluations

  • Task Analysis

  • Training strategies and data collection

  • Ongoing support and follow-along services

  • Identification of natural supports

  • Problem solving
